Today is my stop on the Cheltenham Literature Festival Jam packed tour.  I was over the moon when I received a surprise copy of Janes baking book as I have been an avid follower of her since the beginning. Her recipes online always turned out brilliantly and everyone who tasted the bakes would love then. I am going to share 2 of the recipes I followed.  

So I decided to make the Cinnamon rolls. I find dough always a bit tricky to work with but the step by step guide is so easy to follow and they were hit with my family. 

My second bake was the Pavlova page 158 because it is naturally gluten free so I could enjoy the treat too! The meringue turned out perfect, crispy shell and a light marshmallow filling. I topped mine with strawberries and cream. 

If there is a baking book you want then this is perfect. It is filled with so many recipes ranging from; cheesecakes, cakes, traybakes, breads cookies and much much more. Another aspect I really liked was that there are a couple of pages informing you of the ingredients and equipment you will need  and best of all a conversation chart!
