My Thoughts

This was an interesting read and a quick read for me. 

It nice to see how personal life experiences are highlighted and you also go on the journey a watching through a lens. If you are going through similar things it a nice book to reflect on.  Lots of emotions of healing, grief, loss and conquering new beginning.  Grief had difference stages and means something different to each person and as easy as you find yourself again another hurdle may come across and this the journey that Donna showed. It encapsulated perfectly that our paths are so different. Yoga and Reiki were my journeys too for healing so it was interesting to read that perspective too.
