My thoughts
The blurb is very detailed and provides a good basis of what the book entails.
What I liked about the book was that it was very useful for YA but also for older adults who maybe have not had this time type of support and guidance passed down.
The books does focus on relationship building and in doing so mentoring. Very informative and I really liked the touch of daily affirmations.
The useful tips are a good way of self reflecting and helping you make them changes or even considering them.
I really liked that it was an encouraging book as some books can focus on the weakness and negatives but this encompassed the positives and strength too which I think is really important.
A useful interactive book that enables you to take steps in applying the theory learnt in to practice.
