My Thoughts

The first book I've read from the author and it was wonderful 

A managed to read this book in a day as its not a long read, which is perfect when you have a busy schedule. 

Charlotte development was brilliant  single, unhappy and wants to start dating again as she is helpless romantic. So she dips her toes back in the dating pond. For this reason I feel Charlotte is a relatable character for some people. It isn't dating that brings up issues, but self-esteem and how she values herself and what she perceives about her appearance or rather what she think others would.  

I adored the relationship she had with her brother and his partner, it was lovely. There was a lot of focus on growth and working on yourself which is sublime and so important and I'm glad that was conveyed in the book. 

It explores multicultural relationships aswell and adds another element to the book. Some fabulous additional characters that add well to the book.
